Regional:
Overview: Regional is intended for field hockey athletes looking to develop their individual skill but who are balancing other commitments and cannot commit to traveling. Regional athletes practice once a week, locally during the indoor season and the outdoor season. This program is recommended for newer middle school athletes or middle school athletes playing multiple sports.
Tryouts required?: No
Seasons offered: Winter indoor, spring/summer outdoor
Ages offered: All Middle School athletes (5th - 8th grade).
* If you are in K-4th grade and interested in playing, please join our youth Happy Hockey Clinics!
Travel requirement: No travel required

upcoming practices
Middle school regional teams will practice for 2 hours on Sunday afternoons or evenings at Summit Country Day School.
