We welcome all athletes as a part of FHL, and strive to maintain a club whose core principles include respect, inclusivity, humility, dedication, and winning/losing with dignity. It is our expectation that members of our club incorporate these principles into all of our programs and events.
FHL is a competitive environment with professional coaches aiming to provide the best possible training. Interference by a parent, or any individual, trying to impede the mission or structure of the club will not be tolerated.

There will be no coaching from the sideline, other than the coaching staff on the bench.

Concerns or issues must be directed to the athlete's coach, by the athlete. FHL encourages open and direct communication.

FHL is a premier training academy. Our first priority is to develop each player, but for those players participating on Select Teams, playing time is not guaranteed.

Attendance is a priority with Field Hockey Life. Individual and team growth is directly correlated to how much you practice. We expect all registered athletes to attend practices and tournaments. We understand emergencies arise and athletes might have conflicts occasionally, but all absences must be communicated early and will be handled on a case by case basis.

All participants must read and agree to the below registration and refund policies prior
to registering for an FHL program.

FHL will honor requests for seasonal refunds for if requested 20 days or more prior to the start of the season.

Individual players may be asked to play up an age group at certain times. Coaches may move up players to even out numbers, and/or a player may be moved up to be more challenged. It is a priority within the club for individual development, as well as team development. Therefore, an athlete may be asked to play up an age group in certain cases.
