Regional Program:
Program Overview: Regional is intended for field hockey athletes looking to develop their individual skill but who are balancing other commitments and cannot commit to traveling. Regional athletes practice once a week locally during the indoor season, and 1-2 times per week during the outdoor season. Regional athletes will compete in 2 FHL Ohio Cup Tournaments during the indoor season, occurring in Cleveland and Columbus, OH. This program is also recommended for newer middle school, newer high school athletes, or athletes playing multiple sports.
In addition to 2 tournaments, our regional teams will have some Wednesday evening games.
Tryouts required?: No
Grades offered:
6-8th grade
9-12 grade
* exceptions can be made to players in 4-5th grade that have previous field hockey experience.
Travel requirement: No travel outside of Ohio is required.

Upcoming Practices
Updated Times!!! All Cincinnati Regional Teams will practice on Wednesday evenings at Summit Country Day's Athletic Complex. Practices will be 6:00 - 7:45 PM for all Regional Athletes (high school and middle school).
Regional Practices will run from November 11th - February 14th.
- No practices on November 25, December 23, and December 30th.

Registration includes all Regional practices and tournaments. There will be no additional fees invoiced this season. The only additional financial responsibility will be an FHL uniform.
