Overview: Regional is intended for field hockey athletes looking to develop their individual skill but who are balancing other commitments and cannot commit to traveling. Regional athletes practice once a week, locally during the outdoor season. This program is recommended for newer middle school or high school athletes or middle school and high school athletes playing multiple sports.

There are no travel tournaments that are mandatory. 7v7 Game Nights on Sunday's will take place in May.
