Indoor Regional League

Program Overview: Our Regional League is a new format for the 2025-2026 season!

We are offering a game format for field hockey athletes looking to develop their individual skills and play in a fun league.

Regional league athletes will compete approximately. November - February, 2 hours a week. Sunday (Saturday's for high school teams) sessions will be a COMBINATION of practices and games.  Some weeks, we might only have practice.  Some weeks, we might have a game and practice, and some weeks we will only have 2 or more games.   We will do our best to fit everything into the team's 2-hour block (90 minutes for athletes in the Youth League K-6 grade)

The league will compete all sessions from November to February with two Ohio Cup Tournaments. The semifinals will take place on Sunday, December 21 in Columbus and the OH Cup finals on Sunday, February 15 in Hudson, OH.

The league teams will be made up of athletes in the age brackets listed below.

Games will occur periodically throughout the season.  We hope to schedule all games in the athlete's assigned 2-hour block but that can not be guaranteed. The game schedule will be released in early November.  If an athlete has a game during their 2-hour block, they will play the 30-minute game and practice the remaining 90 minutes.

K-3rd grade (Sunday games)

Travel requirement: No travel outside of Ohio is required.
