Outdoor Select Teams

Overview: Select is another competitive FHL program, intended for dedicated field hockey athletes who want to further their development, but have less availability for travel related to practices and tournament opportunities. Select athletes practice once a week locally during the indoor season and 1-2 times a week locally during the outdoor season. Premier athletes are eligible to be selected for competitive travel tournaments - either sponsored by USA Field Hockey, regional tournaments hosted by universities, or other travel tournaments, either out-of-city and/or out-of-state. Athletes who participate in select are encouraged to be available for all practices and tournament opportunities.
