Program Overview: Regional is intended for field hockey athletes looking to develop their individual skill but who are balancing other commitments and cannot commit to traveling. Regional athletes practice once a week locally during the indoor season. Regional athletes will compete in 2 FHL Ohio Cup Tournaments during the indoor season, occurring in Cleveland and Hamilton, OH. This program is also recommended for newer middle school, newer high school athletes, or athletes playing multiple sports.

3-6th grade
7-8th grade
9-12th grade
Travel requirement: No travel outside of Ohio is required.

Practices
All Columbus Regional Teams will practice on Sunday afternoons at Bill McDonald Gym (4990 Olentangy River Road, Columbus).
High School Regional Athletes (9th - 12th graders) will train from 12-2 PM on Sunday's.
Middle School Regional Athletes (4th - 8th graders) will practice from 2-4 PM on Sunday's.
Regional Practices will run from November 10th - February 16th.
- No practices on November 17, December 1 and December 29.

Regional Ohio Cup Tournament Dates:
- Sunday, December 22nd Bill McDonald Athletic Complex in Columbus, OH.
- Saturday, February 1st at Western Reserve Academy I Hudson, OH
- POSSIBILITY on Saturday, Feb 9 or 10th at Spooky Nook Sports in Hamilton, OH. Stay tuned if this PlayDay will happen.

Registration includes all Regional practices and tournaments. There will be no additional fees invoiced this season. The only additional financial responsibility will be an FHL uniform.
